JJK1LOVE welcomes unworn merchandise within 14 days from date of ship on receipt. Returned products are required to be in unworn, original, tags attached and with the receipt.
Accessories and special products are final sale. Special items will be labeled on the description tab underneath the picture of the merchandise.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.RETURN PROCEDURE
FIRST: Send us an email to: j@jjk1love.com
Please include your name, address, receipt number, item style number and reason for return. Within 1-3 business days, you will receive an email with a return approval certificate and packing slip for you to add with your return.
Provide the print out document with the Return Certificate number (RC#) , your name, address, email address, phone number, receipt and reason for the return. Please double check that you added the return certificate document in your box, together with the products for us to credit your account correctly.
SECOND: Sending you product back, shipping your return
Mark the RC# neatly on the front of package. We suggest that the package is returned requiring a signature. Additionally, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and reimbursement of shipping is not included.
After the return certificate has been emailed to you, the product must be returned within 14 days of the sent email. A refund will not be processed if the item was received after 14 business days. After we receive your return, an email confirming your return will be sent after 14 business days. The email will include information pertaining to your refund being credited back to your original method of payment, which can take approximately 7-10 business days.
