How To Create A Daily Affirmation Mantra

If you feel stuck here are some words you can use to add to your I am affirmations that you can say daily to yourself during J'aime's 11 breathing exercise or while looking in the mirror.  I know that it might seem a little strange to stare at yourself and say kind and complementary things about yourself.  Taking some time to retrain your negative self thoughts will help improve your self-confidence over time if said consistently.  You can say your affirmation first thing in the morning while getting ready to start your day and/or before going to bed.
